Mailbox Monday

Sunflower MailboxMailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week. Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

Summer is winding down for us in the Northern Hemisphere and many schools are back in session this week. I’m already feeling a sense of autumn in the air with our mild days and cool nights. But summer hasn’t left us yet – I’ll be posting MM for two more weeks before we head into September.

Hopefully everyone found some nice goodies in their mailbox last week. Let us know what you received by adding your Mailbox Monday post to the linky:

Be sure to stop back on Wednesday when I will be posting Books That Caught Our Eye.

  1. I cannot believe summer is nearly over, and we failed to make it to the beach again! Ah well, we’ve had a great time with the little girl in the pool, so I guess we can’t complain. I hope everyone has had a great summer.

  3. Hi Leslie,

There is definitely that autumnal feel in the air, here in the UK too!

We have a holiday weekend, with an extra day off on Monday August 25th. True to form, the weather men are forecasting rain, so nothing new there then!

Schools here don’t start back until September 5th/6th, so there are a couple more weeks of mayhem in the toy corner of the shop, before normal service resumes and sanity is restored!! LOL

Have a good week everyone. No MM contribution from me this week, but I hope to fit in some blog hopping.

    Yvonne.
