Hi Martha,
I must admit that even here in the UK, somewhere reknowned for its rainfall, we have seen worryingly little of the wet stuff for some time now! We are due to have one or two light showers this week, but the emphasis is on the rapidly falling freezing temperatures (way below zero apparently).
Sounds like a good time to be curling up with a good book to me!
