Winter swim team had tryouts this weekend. Yes, you can imagine how busy we will be over the winter with this activity. But she loves it and that’s all that matters. As long as it doesn’t interfere with her schoolwork, I’m ok with her doing it. I didn’t get much reading done last week, but I did finish 1 book I had been reading for three weeks. I’ll take it. I hope everyone else had a great week.

It’s been a rough few weeks here in the Caribbean but great to catch up on everyone’s news. And I say one book finished is plenty *throws confetti* Good luck with the tryouts and with trying to balance it all.

I’ll take just about any few spare seconds I can get to read just lately, with books taking weeks to read, rather than days!
Both of my nieces were in swimming teams and I know just how much of my brother’s free time it took up ferrying them around to practice and competitions, so I do feel for you!
