Mailbox Monday

mailboxesMailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week. Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

Welcome to WINDMAGEDDON — at least the beginning of March was that way for us in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Hurricane force winds, no snow and no rain. The weather is certainly crazy.

I hope everyone has been reading some great books. Thanks to Leslie for posting last month and to Martha for taking January. I’m here for the duration of March, and I hope it is a little less windy and a little more like spring soon.

On to what you are all dying to do! Share those books.

Hope everyone had a good week. Tell us about your new books by adding your Mailbox Monday post to the linky below:

Be sure to stop back later this week for Books That Caught Our Eye.

  1. Hi Serena,
Good to have you back and I hope that all is well with you.
What would we all moan about if we didn’t have the weather?
I do hope that the saying ‘In like a lion, out like a lamb’ is definitely true for March weather this year. Here in the UK we have had the worst start to March in livng memory, with even us normally temperate folks down in the south, being hammered with feet of snow in just a few hours.
Fortunately, a rapid thaw has also happened (well at least down here it has) and driving around just a couple of days later, you would never have known what all the fuss was about – apart from the ransacked supermarket shelves that is!!
Have a good reading week, I have some great new titles in my Mailbox this week 🙂

    • I cannot imagine all that snow. People here in D.C. area panic for a couple of inches of snow and the shelves in the grocery store are empty.

      Have a great weekend.
