Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came in their mailbox during the last week.

Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

The month of December is flying by. We’ve visited Santa three times already, but she had the best fun at Santa’s workshop this past week. It’s a free event in our town in which kids can play games, engage in ice-less skating, and make ornaments and so much more. She spent a lot of time with her friends from her old school too, which was wonderful. Now, we need to finish decorating the tree, see the lights, and bake and decorate cookies. We still want to make gingerbread houses, too. Where does the time go? I hope everyone is doing well so far. We’re freezing, or at least, I am. Please share your books below.

Tell us about your new books by adding your Mailbox Monday post to the linky below:

Be sure to stop back later this week for Books That Caught Our Eye.

  1. Hi Serena

We have had very little cold weather yet, but we have definitely had more than our fair share of rain and some pretty strong winds to contend with! I’m not sure which type of weather I prefer the most!

December is definitely flying by at a great rate of knots and it seems so strange to think that in 2 weeks, Christmas will all be over!

We have visited a nearby National Trust garden to see their ‘Festival Of Lights’, which was pretty cool, but apart from that the usual grind of retail at this time of year, has been keeping me busy.

I have two new books to share this week and hope that you have some great books lined up for Christmas, should you snatch a few minutes of ‘me time’ 🙂
