Mailbox Monday 
It’s starting to turn colder here, and I am so not ready for it!
It has been cold, wet and windy for most of the past week, here in the South of the UK. However today you could have been forgiven for thinking we were back in summer. The sun has been shining non-stop and it has been beautifully warm. We met with relatives in the lovely City of Bath, where we saw many of the remembrance day events and services, which were all very moving.
It is due to be back to the seasonal norm tomorrow though, so today was obviously just a blip:)

The remembrance day events must have been wonderful to see. I saw the poppies on the news this past weekend.
It’s chilly here too but not bad yet by Chicago standards. The real cold is arriving Tuesday night and we’re supposed to stay at or below freezing for several days. Ugh. Not ready for that at all!
