Just three weeks left of school and my kindergartner will be a 1st grader. She keeps us busy, as does work, and all the other crazy things in our lives. But I always manage to find time to read. That’s why we love this crazy meme! We get to share all those books that made their way into our homes and take us on adventures. I can’t wait to see what everyone got this first full week of June! Where has the time gone?

There are still 6 weeks of the current school year left for the children, here in the UK. Which is just as well if the ‘summer’ weather is anything to go by today … Cold, wet and windy, it’s more like winter!!
I hope that you have a lovely summer and I assume that school uniform shopping is on the agenda somewhere?

She doesn’t have a uniform for public school. But 2 weeks is a long time for a kid her age, especially when her other family members in different states are out already. I told her at least you don’t live in a state with year-round school.
Time goes WAY too fast! Hope the last couple weeks of being a kindergartner are a blast 🙂
They’re throwing the kids an ice cream party on the last day of school. She’s very excited about it.
